Respond in the moment with the gut sound — yes or no, immediately.
The sound before the sentence
The Sacral responds to what is in front of it. The response arrives as sound and sensation — an opening or a flattening — before any reasoning appears.
Because it is instant, the danger is not slowness but overwriting: talking yourself into something the gut already declined.
Training the ear
Ask for yes/no questions. Open-ended questions give the mind room to take over; binary ones let the body answer cleanly.
Notice energy afterwards. A correct Sacral yes generates energy for the task; a mental yes drains it.
