Recognition is the mechanism

Offering guidance where it was not asked for is the fastest route to bitterness. The same guidance, invited, is often received as remarkable.
Energy is real and finite
Without a defined Sacral, a Projector does not have consistent work energy. Attempting a Generator's schedule produces exhaustion, then bitterness at a world that seems to demand more than the body has.
Rest before exhaustion, and going to bed before you are tired enough to release the day's energy, are the standard practical corrections.
